Orders are processed within 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note that during sale periods or peak times, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
We ship all orders using An Post’s standard postal service. This option does not include tracking.
If you would like your order to be shipped with tracking, please select Registered Shipping at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected Registered Shipping, this email will include your tracking information.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €75. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and applies only to orders that meet the minimum in a single transaction.
Temporary Delivery Restrictions
- United Kingdom – We are currently unable to dispatch orders to the UK. We’re working on resolving this and hope to resume shipping soon. Thank you for your patience.
- United States – We are currently unable to dispatch orders to the US due to new tariffs. We are reviewing the best shipping options and hope to offer US delivery in the near future.
Ireland: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
Rest of World: 6–21 business days

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order is returned to us for this reason, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to have it resent.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your order from Blush Row. Please read below for how we handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and faulty items.
To request a cancellation, please email us at hello @blushrow.com within 48 hours of purchase. Be sure to include your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 14 more days to send the item back.
To start a return, contact hello @blushrow.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email).
We cannot accept returns for:
- Made-to-order or custom items (including all printed-to-order sticker sheets)
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
- Glitch sticker sheets
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello @blushrow.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll advise on the best solution.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello @blushrow.com.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns over €50, we recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
