Our processing times are between 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note: During sale periods, processing times may be longer due to high order volume.
We ship all orders using An Post’s standard postal service. This option does not include tracking. If you would like your order to be shipped with tracking, please select Registered Shipping at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected Registered Shipping, this email will include your tracking information.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €75. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and applies only to orders that meet the minimum in a single transaction.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
Blush Row is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it resent.
We’re happy to combine orders where possible if they haven’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order numbers, and we’ll do our best to help.

Don’t forget to check with your local postal service or neighbours first, as packages are sometimes held or delivered to nearby addresses.

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello @blushrow.com within 48 hours of purchase. Be sure to include your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 14 more days to send the item back.
To start a return, contact hello @blushrow.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@blushrow.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We’ll review your message and get back to you as soon as possible.
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll advise on the best solution.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello @blushrow.com.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns over €50, we recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
