Orders are processed within 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note that during sale periods or peak times, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
All orders are dispatched via An Post. Untracked and tracked shipping options are available at checkout.
If you select a tracked shipping service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to you.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping fees will apply to have it resent.
Orders shipped outside of Ireland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your order from Blush Row. Please read below for how we handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and faulty items.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@blushrow.com within 48 hours of purchase and include your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.
To request a return, please contact hello@blushrow.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
- Glitch sticker sheets
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@blushrow.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll advise on the best solution.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@blushrow.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For returns over €50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
