What are your processing and delivery times?

Our processing times are between 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 6–21 business days
    Delays may occur due to customs or local postal disruptions.
Can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello @blushrow.com within 48 hours of purchase. Be sure to include your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello @blushrow.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We’ll review your message and get back to you as soon as possible.
